This blog is going to track my daily progress in weight, eating habits, and exercise.  Weekly I will be posting pictures of my stomach, chest and arms to give a better physical picture of any progress I am making.  Heads up to all of you, at the moment I am by no means an attractive man.

All of these things serve two major purposes.  They keep me on track and force me to be accountable to not just memories, but statistics and logs.  Also, the entire idea that someone could be reading this or any of my posts gives me the further incentive to make progress.

The second major purpose of this blog is to serve as a means of getting advice.  I don’t know that I am doing this right, so if you read anything on here that you think is wrong or backwards, give me advice, please feel free.  I willingly take anything and everything you have to say to heart.
